Orders & Shipping
Is shipping really free?
Yes — shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are handed to our carrier within 1-2 business days, then typically arrive within 3-5 business days after that — about 4-8 business days in total. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Can I track my order?
Yes, we'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Does the bike arrive fully assembled?
Most models arrive 85-90% pre-assembled — typically just the handlebar, pedals, and front wheel need fitting, which takes about 15-20 minutes with the included tools. Full assembly instructions are in the box.
Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
What's your return policy?
You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. We don't charge a restocking fee. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
Can I exchange my bike for a different model?
Yes — contact us within 30 days of delivery. The same return-shipping terms apply, and we'll charge or refund any price difference before shipping your replacement.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — every bike comes with our 1-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects, on top of your statutory consumer rights. See our Warranty page for what's covered.
Using Your E-Bike
Do I need a license or registration to ride these?
No — every bike we sell is a Class 2 or Class 3 electric bicycle with its motor wattage and top speed disclosed on the product page, which does not require a motorcycle license, registration, or insurance in most US states. Local age, helmet, and bike-path access rules do vary, so check what applies where you'll be riding.
What's the difference between the models?
Mainly motor class and top speed. Class 2 models (20 MPH) suit most commuters and are the most widely accepted on bike lanes and paths; Class 3 models (25-28 MPH) trade some path access for a faster ride. Each product page states which class a bike is and its exact disclosed top speed.
Is there a weight or age limit?
Yes, this varies by model — check the rider weight capacity on each product page before ordering, and always ride within the manufacturer's guidance for height, weight, and local minimum-age rules.
Are the batteries certified safe?
Yes — every model in our lineup carries a UL 2849 certified battery and electrical system, the US safety standard covering fire and electrical risk for e-bikes.
