Warranty

Every electric bike sold on ContactNYCBikeScooter is backed by our own 1-Year Warranty, on top of the protections you already have as a consumer.

1. What's Covered

Every electric bike purchased from ContactNYCBikeScooter is covered for 12 months from the delivery date against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship affecting the motor, battery, frame, or electronics, under normal use and in line with the product's instructions.

2. What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear items, such as tires, brake pads, and cables
• Damage from accidents, misuse, water ingress beyond the product's rated resistance, or incorrect assembly
• Unauthorized modifications or non-certified accessories
• Off-road, motocross, or stunt/trick riding beyond the bike's intended use
• Commercial or rental use
• Cosmetic wear that doesn't affect how the bike works

3. How to Make a Claim

Email contact@contactnycbikescooter.shop with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo or short video showing the problem. We typically respond within 24-48 hours with next steps.

4. Your Statutory Rights

This warranty is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
